摘要(Abstract)：
对省际联络线永久性开断后给嘉兴电网带来的问题进行了分析 ,并提出了相应对策和应急措施。
This paper analyses the effects on Jiaxing network when the interprovincial tie line is disconnected.Meanwhile,countermeasures are presented for this problem.Key Words:tie line;disconnection;problem;countermeasuresfor teleservice in manufacturing enterprises is firstly introduced.Then the designs of remote fault diagnosis system are particularly discussed,including in organization model,updating model of database and fault reasoning method.At last,the key technologies of teleservice are simply recommended. The experimental results show that it is capable of reset accuracy of ±2nm over a 4μm range.
