超超临界机组高压加热器水位补偿研究

摘要(Abstract):

高压加热器水位测量的准确性直接关系到机组效率乃至设备安全,为了发挥加热器最佳性能,提高机组整体效率。在介绍了测量高压加热器水位单室平衡容器工作原理的基础上,分析了该测量装置的主要误差来源及建立水位补偿的必要性,探讨了基于控制系统的水位补偿方法。在不改变测量方式的情况下,通过在控制系统中建立水位补偿单元,通过在工程中的实际应用数据得出该补偿单元达到预期目标,提高了高加水位测量精度,为水位控制和水位保护的正确动作奠定基础。
The accuracy of the water level measurement of the high pressure heater is directly related to the efficiency of the unit and the safety of the equipment in terms of maximizing the performance of the heater and improving the overall efficiency of the unit. By introducing operating principle of single-compartment balance container for water level measurement of high pressure heater, the paper analyzes main error sources and necessity of water level compensation and discusses a water level compensation method based on control system. Without changing the measurement conditions, the water level compensation unit is established in the control system; through the practical application of the data obtained in the project, desired objectives of the compensation unit is achieved to improve the precision of high pressure heater water level measurement and lay the foundation for the correct operation of water level control and water level protection.
