浙江省火力发电厂脱硫旁路挡板运行现状分析

摘要(Abstract):

叙述了脱硫旁路挡板的作用,分析了浙江省各火力发电厂脱硫旁路挡板的现状和动作逻辑设置情况,讨论了存在的问题。对旁路铅封后异常开启原因进行统计分析,指出影响脱硫旁路开启次数的主要原因是增压风机和GGH故障,为相关部门有针对性地进行技改提供参考。
This paper introduces functions of bypass damper in FGD system,analyzes status quo and action logic setting of bypass damper in thermal power plants in Zhejiang and discusses the existing problems;it statistically analyzes causes for opening of leading sealing and suggests that opening times of desulphurization are mainly caused by GGH fault of booster fan,providing reference for pertinent technological transformation by concerning departments.
