火电厂脱硝工程风烟系统改造方案的控制性能对比分析Comparison and Analysis on Control Performances of Air and Flue Gas System Retrofit Schemes for SCR Denitrification Projects in Power Plants

摘要(Abstract):
为了克服脱硝装置在空预器中增加的压力,必须增加引风机出力。因此,在增大引风机出力的同时保留增压风机和在增大引风机出力的同时取消增压风机,成为风烟系统可选的两套改造方案。通过对两套改造方案的静态分析和动态分析,得出了火电厂脱硝工程中风烟系统不同改造方案对热工控制系统造成的影响,并对比实际改造工程的数据,为同类改造的方案选择提供参考。
In order to overcome the pressure increase in the air preheater caused by Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR) devices,the increase of induced draft fan output is required.Therefore,increasing induced draft fan output while retaining or canceling booster fan become two options for retrofit of air and flue gas system.Through the static and dynamic analysis on these two schemes,this paper describes the influences of the schemes on the thermodynamic control system for SCR denitrification projects in power plants,compares the data of practical retrofit and can serve as a reference for similar cases.
