摘要(Abstract)：

为解决传统的变电运行报表填报方式效率低下问题,将PI数据库技术应用于衢州电网监控中心运行报表的填报工作,介绍了该应用的设计思路、实现过程和实际应用情况,表明该应用具有极强的可操作性和实用性,并能大大提高工作效率。
To solve the problem of the inefficient traditional way of substation operation report form filling,the plant information(PI) database technology is applied to report forms filling in the monitoring center of Quzhou grid.This paper introduces the design scheme,implementation process and actual application.It indicates that the application is of high feasibility and practicability and can greatly improve working efficiency.
