脱硫系统与主机联控优化运行探讨

摘要(Abstract):

通过对某发电厂2×130MW机组两炉一塔式脱硫系统投运前后烟气系统的分析,提出主机与脱硫系统联控运行方案,同时提出引风机与增压风机之间的节能运行优化思路,旨在提高主机与脱硫系统的安全、经济、稳定运行。
Through analysis of the flue gas of 2×130 MW unit in a power plant before and after the operation of the two-boilor-one-tower desulfurization system,the paper presents a joint control plan between the main generationg set and the desulfurization system and proposes a way of optimized energy-saving operation between draft fan and booster fan in order to improve safty,economy and stability operation of the main generating set and the desulfurization system.
