660MW超超临界节流调节机组滑压优化试验研究
Experimental Study on Sliding Pressure Optimization of 600 MW Ultra-supercritical Throttle Governing Unit

摘要(Abstract):

为解决华能长兴发电厂2号超超临界机组汽轮机滑压运行中高压调门开度偏小的问题,在各典型负荷点改变主汽压力和阀门开度,进行滑压寻优试验。通过对机组在同一负荷各运行工况下高压缸效率、热耗率等参数的对比和对机组运行安全性、一次调频响应速率的分析,确定各典型负荷点的最佳运行主汽压力值,并以此为基础优化滑压运行曲线,优化后高调门的开度保持在36%~40%之间,高压缸效率保持在86%左右,机组热耗率降低,折合供电标准煤耗率可下降0.4~1.1 g/k Wh,机组的经济性进一步提高。
In order to solve the problem of the small opening of the high-pressure control valve in the steam turbine sliding pressure operation of No.2 ultra-supercritical unit of Huaneng Changxing Power Plant, the main steam pressure and the valve opening were changed at each typical load point to perform the sliding pressure optimization test. By comparing the parameters of high-pressure cylinder efficiency, heat rate and other parameters of the unit under the same load in different operating conditions and analyzing the unit operating safety and primary frequency response rate, the optimal operating main steam pressure value for each typical load point is determined, on the basis of which the sliding pressure operating curve is optimized. After the optimization, the opening of the high-pressure control valve is maintained between 36% and 40%, the efficiency of the high-pressure cylinder is maintained at around 86%; the heat rate of the unit is reduced,which means coal consumption rate is reduced by 0.4~1.1 g/k Wh, and the economic efficiency of the unit is further improved.
