基于实时运行数据挖掘的配电变压器状态评估

摘要(Abstract):

随着配电网在线监测的广泛应用,利用海量的运行数据进行设备健康状态评估,主动干预配电网设备缺陷和故障预警,提高有限人力资源的利用效率成为配电网运维的发展方向。通过对智能公变监测终端采集的配电变压器实时运行数据进行分析,选取反映设备健康状态的指标,在状态评价通用模型的基础上,采用变权综合和平均变权方法,建立了基于实时运行信息的配电变压器状态评估模型。算例表明评估结果及趋势与故障记录相吻合,验证了该评估模型的有效性,反映了在配电变压器缺陷的早期诊断和预警方面具有应用前景。
With the wide application of online monitoring of distribution networks, it becomes a new trend for distribution network operation and maintenance to evaluate health condition of equipment based on massive operation data in order to take the initiative to warn defects and faults of distribution network equipment and maximize utilization ratio of the limited human resources. Through analysis on the real-ime operation data of distribution transformer collected by intelligent transformer monitoring system, indices that reflect health condition are selected. With the method of variable weight synthesizing and weight calculation of average value of index, a condition evaluation model based on real-time operation data for distribution transformer is established. The example shows the evaluation result and trend are coincident with the fault report, which proves that the evaluation model is effective and reflects the further application in diagnosis and warning of distribution transformer defects.
