煤粉细度对制粉系统干燥能力的影响分析
Impact Analysis of Coal Fineness on Drying Capacity of Pulverizing System

摘要(Abstract):

针对烟煤锅炉掺烧褐煤时干燥出力不足的现象,建立制粉系统干燥能力计算模型,通过HP中速磨煤机开展磨制印尼煤的试验,以制粉系统整体热平衡的研究方法,挖掘不同煤粉细度下干燥能力不同的内在机制。研究结果表明,降低煤粉细度可以提高煤粉含水率,从而减少原煤水分在制粉系统内的析出量,而这部分水分的蒸发热达到了制粉系统总热耗量的70%。HP1163中速磨煤机磨制褐煤时,若一次风量维持不变,分离器转速从43 r/min降低至27 r/min时,煤粉含水率增加1.3%,可增加干燥出力5%~6%。
Given the insufficient drying capacity of bituminous coal boiler blending lignite, a drying capacity calculation model of a pulverizing system is established. By pulverization test of Indonesian coal in HP medium-speed coal pulverizer, the paper explores the internal mechanism of different drying capacities with various coal finenesses via the overall thermal equilibrium of the pulverization system. The research result shows that coal fineness decrease can improve the moisture of the pulverized coal, and thus can decrease the moisture from the coal in the system, the evaporation heat of which accounts for 70% of the total heat consumption of the pulverization system. During lignite pulverization in HP1163 medium-speed coal pulverizer, the rotation speed of separator decreases from 43 r/min to 27 r/min, the moisture content of pulverized coal increases by 1.3% and the drying capacity increases by 5%~6% with the primary air quantity unchanged.
