高压断路器弹簧操动机构典型故障应力分析

摘要(Abstract):

弹簧操作机构是高压断路器的关键部件,其技术性能的优劣对断路器影响重大。首先,分别选用HyperMesh、 LS-DYNA软件对CT14型高压断路器弹簧操动机构进行有限元分析,探究在传动杆销轴一端断裂故障和转动副卡滞两种故障下弹簧操作机构拐臂、传动杆、分闸弹簧、扇形板、弯板等敏感单元应力分布情况。然后,实测了CT14型高压断路器弹簧操动机构在两种故障下的应力数值,验证了有限元分析的准确性。结果表明两种故障都将引起弹簧操作机构各部位的应力分布出现不同程度的变化,危害到机构的运行安全,分析结果可为CT14型高压断路器弹簧操动机构的优化设计、运行状态监测等提供参考。
The spring operating mechanism is a key part of the high-voltage circuit breaker and its technical performance has great influence on the circuit breaker. Firstly, HyperMesh and LS-DYNA are adopted for finite element analysis on CT14 high-voltage circuit breaker spring operating mechanism, and stress distribution of the abduction arm, transmission rod, opening spring, fan-shaped plate, curved plate in the case of pin shaft fracture and rotating pair hysteresis is analyzed. Then, the stress of CT14 high-voltage circuit breaker spring operating mechanism under the two faults is measured to verify the finite element analysis. It is indicated that the faults both can somewhat lead to stress distribution in all parts of the spring operating mechanism and endanger the operation safety. The analysis results can provide a reference for the optimum design and operating status monitoring of the spring operating mechanism of the CT14 high-voltage circuit breaker.
