光伏电站接入配电网典型设计研究

摘要(Abstract):

分析光伏发电系统的分类和并网电压等级、准入功率,研究并网点与公共连接点的要求、配电设备选择的要求、保护及安全自动装置、通信与监测以及电能计量,提出了光伏发电接入配电网的典型设计技术标准和管理要求。
This paper analyzes the classification of photovoltaic(PV) system,voltage grade of interconnection,penetration level,studies the requirements of PV Point of Interconnection(POI) and Point of Common Coupling(PCC),requirements of distribution equipment selection,automatic protection and safety device,communication and monitoring as well as electric energy measurement,and proposes the technical standards and management requirements of grid-connected PV power station.
