临海20kV配电网改造的中性点接地方式探讨

摘要(Abstract):

给出了配电网中性点不接地、经消弧线圈接地和经小电阻接地3种接地方式的特点及其适用范围,分析了临海市东部区块20 kV配电网的状况。通过计算电容电流,推荐临海20 kV配电网中性点接地方式采用谐振-低电阻系统,保证目前的供电连续性并满足供电远景规划的需求。
The paper introduces characteristics and scope of application of 3 earthing modes such as unearthing of neutral points and earthing by arc suppression coil and small resistance.The condition of 20 kV distribution network in the east region of Linhai city is analyzed.By calculation of capacitance current,the paper recommends that resonance-small resistance be used in neutral point earthing of 20 kV distribution network in Linhai so that non-interrupted power supply and implementation of power supply long-erm planning can be contented.
