摘要(Abstract):

介绍了某发电厂3号发电机由于转子动态匝间短路所引起的机组轴振现象与故障判断经验,阐述了传统试验项目对分析确认动态匝间短路的局限性,指出发电机气隙磁场波形分析是判断发电机转子动态匝间短路的有效手段。
This paper introduces the shaft vibration phenomenon of No.3 generator in a power plant due to the dynamic interturn short circuit of the rotor and the fault diagnosis experience,points out the limitations of the traditional tests to the analysis of the interturn short circuit and proposes that air-gap field waveform analysis is an effective means for its diagnosis.
