摘要(Abstract):
针对宁波电网无功电压管理中存在的问题,开发了基于PI数据库系统的集在线监测、数据分析和策略指导等多项功能于一体的电压及功率因数在线辅助分析系统,系统投后极大地提高了无功补偿设备投切的时效性和准确性,宁波电网的电压及功率因数合格率也得到了大幅提高。
The online assistant voltage and power factor analysis system,which integrates a number of functions such as online monitoring,data analysis and strategy guidance,is developed based on Plant Information(PI) database in order to solve the problems of reactive power and voltage management in Ningbo grid.The application result shows that it greatly improves the timeliness and accuracy of reactive power compensator switching as well as the eligibility rate of voltage and power factor in the grid.
