输电线路用热镀锌螺栓扭矩系数的测定和分析

摘要(Abstract):

热镀锌螺栓是输电线路杆塔和变电站构架的重要紧固零件,施工时常因扭矩系数未知而导致紧固螺栓有随意性,存在安全隐患。为统计热镀锌螺栓扭矩系数的合理范围,对不同品牌、不同规格的热镀锌螺栓进行扭矩系数测定,对有效结果进行统计分析。分析结果表明,70%的热镀锌螺栓扭矩系数为0.4~0.6,95%的热镀锌螺栓扭矩系数为0.3~0.7。
The hot galvanized bolt is the key fastening piece for poles and towers of transmission lines and substation frameworks.Due to known torque coefficient in construction,the bolts are fastened arbitrarily,which is potentially hazardous.In order to collect the reasonable scope of torque coefficient of hot galvanized bolts,the torque coefficients of hot galvanized bolts of different brands and types are measured,and the effective results are statistically analyzed.The result shows that torque coefficients of 70 out of 100 hot galvanized bolts are between 0.4 and 0.6,and 95 out of 100 are between 0.3 and 0.7.
