某9F燃机冷态启动振动异常的处理
Treatment on Abnormal Vibration of a 9F Gas Turbine in Cold-state Startup

摘要(Abstract):

某PG9351FA型燃气轮机在高负荷下1Y轴振大,在处理过程中发现机组冷态启动定速3 000r/min后1Y轴振幅值增大至178μm后锐减又增大及相位角连续变化接近360°的振动异常现象。分析该机组的转子结构特征与启动过程的转子温度分布可以解释异常振动现象产生的原因,通过2次现场动平衡校正,减小了高负荷下机组1Y轴振的幅值。
In high load of PG9351 FA gas turbine there is large 1Y shaft vibration. It is detected during treatment that in constant speed of 3 000 r/min of cold-state startup 1Y shaft vibration increases to 178 μm and then decreases sharply and decreases afterwards; besides, the phase angle constantly changes by almost 360 degrees. The paper explains the reasons of abnormal vibration in terms of rotor structure characteristics and its temperature distribution during startup. Through two filed dynamic balance calibration, amplitude value of 1Y shaft vibration in high load is reduced.
