摘要(Abstract):
随着国企改革的不断推进,对干部综合考核评价体系建设提出了新的要求,完善考核内容,改进考核方式,建立科学的考核评价机制迫在眉睫。为充分发挥考核评价的导向和激励约束作用,对基于胜任力模型的职务履历评价、考核测评分析、个别谈话考察的干部评价新体系进行了探索,并提出了完善建议。
With the advancement of state-owned enterprise reform, requirements on the construction of comprehensive cadre assessment and evaluation system are proposed. it is an urgent need to perfect evaluation content, improve the way of evaluation and establish scientific evaluation mechanism. To fully exert the roles of orientation, incentive and constraint, a new cadre assessment mode based on the competency model of resume evaluation, evaluation analysis and individual conversation is investigated and some suggestions for perfection are proposed.
