摘要(Abstract):
针对某660 MW大型汽轮发电机定子线棒股线断裂缺陷,进行了缺陷部位的化学成分分析、断口扫描电镜和能谱分析、金相组织和显微硬度分析。同时结合该发电机历史运行和检修情况,分析认为该发电机定子线棒股线断裂很可能是冲击负荷和端部松动引起的振动疲劳损伤或两者综合的结果,可为发电机此类缺陷的预防和分析提供参考。
This article analyzes stator bar strands breakage of a 660 MW large steam turbine generator using chemical component analysis, fracture SEM and energy spectrum analysis, metallurgical structure and microhardness analysis. Based on the historical operation and overhaul of the generator, it is believed that the strand breakage of the generator stator bar comes from fatigue damage caused by shock load or bottom loosening, or the both, which can provide a reference for the prevention and analysis of the similar generator faults.
