摘要(Abstract)：

从调控值班员、主站维护员的配电线路运行监视状况及现有运行监视软件等方面,分析了目前线路运行监视中面临的问题。设计开发了基于海讯实时数据库的线路运行监视软件,详细介绍了软件的设计思路、主要功能。软件的应用丰富了现有的监视手段,取得了很好的应用效果。
The paper elaborates on problems in monitoring of operating lines in terms of dispatcher main substation maintenance personnel as well as current operation monitoring software.The line operation monitoring software based on HighSoon real-time database is designed and developed,and the design idea,main functions of the software are introduced in detail.The application of the software enriches the present monitoring means and achieves favorable effectiveness.
