风电参与电网频率支撑的快速仿真模型
A Fast Simulation Model with Wind Power Participating in Grid Frequency Support

摘要(Abstract):

风电参与电网频率支撑对于维护电网安全稳定运行具有重要意义。MATLAB作为常用仿真软件只能构建小规模的含风电电力系统模型,并且仿真速度缓慢。为了在MATLAB中开展风电频率支撑控制研究并提高研究效率,构建了一种基于风电机组简化模型和电网频率响应模型的快速仿真模型。首先以双馈感应风力发电机为例,提出了一种仅保留机械动态过程的风电机组模型简化方法;然后,提出了一种排除风电频率支撑作用的电网SFR(频率响应)模型获取方法;接着,通过风电机组简化模型和电网SFR模型相整合获得快速仿真模型;最后,通过算例验证了快速仿真模型的有效性和高效性。结果表明,构建的快速仿真模型的频率响应与完整电力系统模型一致,风电场采用单机等效时的仿真速度可提高130倍以上,风电场保留全部机组时的仿真速度提高了近1 100倍,显著提高了在MATLAB软件下进行风电参与电网频率支撑研究的效率。
The participation of wind power in grid frequency support is pivotal to maintaining the safe and stable operation of the grid. MATLAB,as common simulation software,can only build small-scale power system models containing wind power,and the simulation speed is low. To carry out wind power frequency support control research in MATLAB and improve the research efficiency,a fast simulation model based on the simplified model of wind turbine and grid frequency response model is constructed. Then,a method is proposed to obtain the SFR(system frequency response)model excluding the wind power frequency support. Finally,the validity and efficiency of the fast simulation model are verified by the example. The results show that the frequency response of the constructed fast simulation model is consistent with the complete power system model,and the simulation speed of the wind farm can be increased by more than 130 times when a single unit equivalent is used,and by nearly 1,100 times when all units of the wind farm are retained,which significantly improves the efficiency of wind power participation in grid frequency support research under MATLAB software.
