摘要(Abstract):
随着轴流风机的大规模应用,保证大容量轴流风机安全可靠运行的重要性日渐凸显。通过对一起轴流送风机叶片断裂损坏事故的分析,认为风机叶片铸造类缺陷及风机选型裕量偏大是导致该事故发生的主要原因。针对该起事故原因实施技改后,彻底改变了该轴流送风机的运行工况,保证了风机的安全可靠运行。
The safe and reliable operation of the axial flow forced draft fan is becoming increasingly important with the increased use of axial flow forced draft fan. By blade fracture analysis of axial forced draft fan, it is believed that the fracture was caused by casting defects and large selection margin of axial flow forced draft fan. The effective technical transformation was carried out and the operating conditions of the axial flow forced draft fan were improved and the safe and reliable operation was ensured.
