浅析绝缘挡板式挂架的创新技术与应用Innovation Technology of Insulating Baffle Type Rack and the Application

摘要(Abstract)：
根据目前配网带电作业绝缘杆作业法的实际应用情况,针对带电搭接引线作业时相间距离不足以及杆上使用绝缘操作杆繁多、高空无法可靠安置等问题,研发了一种绝缘挡板式挂架。该挂架利用绝缘挡板解决了杆上相间距离不足的问题,同时利用悬挂支架在高空中将工具统一安置在挂架上,避免了工具重复传递,从源头减少高空坠物的发生。利用该挂架可进一步提高作业的安全性,节省作业时间,提高工作效率。
In view of the application of insulating rod operation in live work on distribution network, an insulating baffle type rack is developed to solve the problems such as short interphase distance during lead wire connection, multiple operation rods on poles and placement difficulty at height. The rack handles the problems of short interphase distance on the pole; besides, all the tools are placed on the rack at height by use of suspended rack to avoid pass the tools repeatedly and fundamentally prevent object falling from the above.The adoption of the rack can further improve work safety, save work time and enhance work efficiency.
