城区输电线路自立杆“砝码式”钢管桩基础研究
Study on the Weight-type Steel Pipe Pile of Self-supporting Pole in Urban Transmission Line

摘要(Abstract):

针对目前城区输电线路自立杆常规基础存在的不足,提出了一种新型城区输电线路自立杆的基础型式——"砝码式"钢管桩基础,并通过有限元分析、技术经济比较分析,对其进行了初步研究。研究结果表明:该基础结构受力合理,其在自立杆荷载作用下整体性和稳定性较好,变形、内力均能满足规范要求;在地质条件相同的情况下,采用"砝码式"钢管桩基础,其指标优于普通板式基础与钢管桩基础,与灌注桩基础相当,且施工工艺简洁、施工周期短,能更好地满足预制化、模块化和机械化施工的要求,在城区输电线路中具有一定的推广价值。
Based on the shortcoming of conventional foundation of self-supporting pole in urban transmission line, the paper proposes a "weights-type" steel pipe pile and investigates it by finite element analysis and technical and economic comparison. The result shows that the structure of the foundation is reasonable, and it is unimpaired and stable under the load of the pole; besides, the displacement and stress can meet the standard requirements. Under the same geological condition, the "weight-type" steel pipe pile foundation's index is better than the flat slab foundation and steel pipe pile foundation, equal to bored pile. This technology is characterized by concrete construction process and short duration, and can better meet the construction requirement of prefabrication, modularization and mechanization, deserving promotion in urban transmission lines.
