功角精确测量算法的研究Study on Algorithm for Accurate Measurement of Power Angle

摘要(Abstract):
文章在对各种滤波算法进行比较的基础上 ,提出了一种精确测量功角的算法。传统的差分滤波单元对于滤除非周期分量有着很好的效果 ,但是对于非整次谐波分量 ,滤波效果不是很好。全周付氏滤波对于整次谐波分量有很好的滤波效果。将差分滤波 ,带通滤波以及全周付氏滤波结合起来 ,可以发挥几种滤波单元的优点 ,虽然增加了一些运算量 ,却获得了测量精度上的提高。EMTP的仿真计算结果表明 ,采用差分加海明窗带通滤波再加上全周付氏滤波可以提高功角测量精度 ,功角测量的误差只有0.07 %。
Based on the comparison of various filtering algorithm,an accurate measurement for power anˉgle is proposed in this paper.While the traditional differential filtering can filter the non_periodic compoˉnent,it is not very effective for filtering the non_diploid harmonics.The full_circular Fourier filter can filˉter the harmonics of diploid power frequency.The combining of the differential filter,band_pass filter and the full_circular Fourier filter can improve the filtering performance.EMTP simulation results indicate that differential combined with the Haiming window band_pass filter and the full_circular Fourier filter can imˉplement accurate measurement of the power angle.The measuring error of the algorithm is only0.07%.
