FKG1N型液压机构内部渗漏分析判断及处理

摘要(Abstract):

由法国阿尔斯通公司生产的FKG1N系列SF6发电机开关运行中出现因液压机构内部渗漏造成油泵频繁启动故障,对此进行分析,并结合对开关内部渗漏处理实际案例,指出消除内部渗漏前必须对液压机构中各种液压元件的结构及原理有清楚的了解,方能采取相应的处理措施,消除渗漏故障。
Through the analysis of the frequent start faults of oil pump resulted from the internal leak of hydraulic mechanism of FKG1N SF6 generator switch manufactured by Alston during the operation,this paper points out that understanding the structures and principles of all types of hydraulic components in the hydraulic mechanism clearly is required for eliminating the internal leak based on the case of the internal leak treatment for the switch before the treatment measures are carried out.
