摘要(Abstract):

针对现有断路器汇控系统存在设备可靠性低、调试运维困难、感知连接受限等问题,提出一种GIS断路器汇控系统的智能化、数字化升级方案。基于一、二次融合理念,采用高防护数字设备重构断路器汇控设备形态。该断路器智能汇控系统通过二次回路板件化实现断路器汇控回路的集成;采用软件逻辑实现三相不一致、防跳和储能电机过流等保护功能;应用数字化采集设备和智能变电站网络,实现断路器的状态感知、远方操作和联闭锁等功能。现场应用结果表明,所提GIS断路器智能汇控系统有效提升了断路器的运行可靠性及对设备的感知能力。
Given poor reliability, difficulty in commissioning, operation and maintenance, and constrained sensing connection of control system of the circuit breaker, the paper proposes an intelligent and digital scheme for control system of the GIS circuit breaker. Base on the concept of the integration of the primary and secondary systems, the control system of the circuit breaker is reconstructed by the digital device with high protection level. By panel-based secondary circuit, the intelligent control system of circuit breaker enables control circuit integration of circuit breaker. The protection functions, including the three-phase inconsistency, anti-tripping, and over-current protection of the storage motor, are carried out by the software. The condition monitoring, remote operation, and interlock are realized by the digital acquisition device and the intelligent substation network. The on-site application shows that this new GIS circuit breaker control system can effectively improve the operation reliability of the circuit breaker and the perception of the equipment.
