火电机组浆液循环泵全停逻辑优化及RB控制研究

摘要(Abstract):

浆液循环泵是脱硫系统的重要设备,主要作用是输送混合浆液,保证浆液通过喷嘴并尽可能雾化,更重要的是降低吸收塔出口烟气温度。但是由于某些原因导致浆液循环泵全停时,其自动控制一直没有较好的应对措施。在对浆液循环泵全停原因进行分析的基础上,提出了浆液循环泵全停后的RB控制策略,并作了相关试验验证,试验结果表明:浆液循环泵全停RB控制策略对设备应急处理与机组稳定运行均具有积极作用。
Circulation slurry pump plays important role in flue gas desulphurization system. It mainly transports blended slurry to ensure the slurry can be atomized as much as possible through nozzle. The more important function is to reduce the outlet flue gas temperature of absorption tower. However, there is no good measure in automatic control system when the circulation slurry pump is fully stopped due to some reasons and there is no good pertinent measure for automatic control. On the basis of expoundingthe slurry circulating pump shutdown reason analysis, processing and optimization measures, the paper puts forward a RB control strategy. The test result shows that RB control strategy for full stop of slurry circulating pump is positively meaningful for equipment emergency handling and stable operation of the units.
