凝结水节流技术在1000MW机组的应用Application of Condensate Throttling Technology in 1 000 MW Units

摘要(Abstract):
随着控制技术的迅猛发展和节能减排受到高度重视,凝结水节流技术逐渐成为近几年关注的热点之一。凝结水节流技术可以在提高或者不降低机组负荷响应性能的前提下,减少汽轮机调门节流损失。介绍了凝结水节流的技术原理和凝结水节流的潜能及速度评估方法,探讨了凝结水节流技术在火电机组应用的前景和方向,同时对凝结水节流技术运用中需要注意的问题进行了分析。
With the rapid development of control technology and highly attention to energy conservation and emission reduction, condensate throttling technology gradually becomes one of the hot spots in recent years.Condensate throttling technology can reduce the throttling loss with response performance of units load improved or not decreased. This paper presents the technical principle and potential of the condensate throttling technology and velocity evaluation method; meanwhile, it discusses the prospect and direction of the condensate throttling technology in thermal power units. At last, it analyzes precautions in the application of condensate throttling technology.
