电力市场监管指标的研究Research on Surveillance of Electricity Market

摘要(Abstract)：
按照电力市场监管系统的模块构成 ,对电力市场交易中心监管和发电公司监管提出了若干电力市场监管指标。为了配合监管指标的计算 ,从波动性和相关性两个角度出发分析了各类指标的计算方法为判断电力市场是否存在违规行为提供了重要依据
According to the structure of electricity market surveillance system, this paper presents several surveillance targets that reflect the possibility of illegal behaviors in trading and bidding market. At the same time, some electricity market surveillance arithmetic based on the degree of fluctuation and correlation is proposed. This gives the important clues to judge the unfair behaviors in electricity market.
