一起隔离开关接触不良引起的TA断线故障分析及处理Analysis and Treatment on TA Disconnection Caused by Poor Contact of Disconnector

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了一起通过继电保护装置TA断线告警发现的闸刀动静触头接触不良隐患,通过收集告警期间保护装置二次电流采样、后台潮流记录、二次回路实测电流等数据,经过综合分析判断后得出造成保护TA断线告警的原因为站内发生了C相一次设备断线故障,并精确划定了故障范围。用PSCAD对该分析结果进行仿真计算,计算结果与现场数据吻合。根据二次专业结论,一次专业人员现场针对性检查发现该间隔闸开关C相支座铝材氧化开裂、动静触头无法可靠接触的缺陷。该隐患的发现有效避免了一起全站失电事故的发生,保障了大电网运行安全。
This paper introduces poor moving and static contact of the switch during TA disconnection alarm of the relay protection device. Through collecting the secondary current sampling of the protection device during the alarm period, the background power flow record and the measured current of the secondary circuit, it is analyzed through comprehensive analysis that the disconnection alarm was caused by the primary equipment disconnection in phase C in the substation, and the fault scope was accurately defined. PSCAD is used to simulate and analyze the analysis results, and the calculation result is in good agreement with the field data. According to the secondary professional conclusion, on-site inspection conducted by the primary professionals revealed that the aluminum pedestal of phrase C was oxidized and cracked, and the contact of the movable and static contacts could not operate reliably. The discovery of this hidden danger effectively avoids the occurrence of power outage in the whole station and ensures operation safety of the large power grid.
