火电机组零功率保护判据优化及应用分析

摘要(Abstract):

发电机零功率保护在大型火力发电厂中的应用越来越广泛,但实际运行中仍存在判据不够完善、与汽轮机超速保护的关系存在争议、出口方式及配置原则缺乏统一规范等技术问题。通过对目前常用的零功率保护逻辑进行分析,指出零功率保护判据普遍存在的问题;基于零功率时机端电压突增、电流突降后电气功率在短时内降为零这一电气特征,提出了一种优化的零功率保护判据;分析了103%超速保护、负荷中断预测、调门快关等汽轮机超速保护的作用及其与发电机零功率保护的关系,得出了超速保护无法替代零功率保护的结论。另外,对零功率保护的出口方式及配置原则等问题进行分析并提出了相关建议。
Zero power protection is widely used in large thermal power plants. However, there are some technical problems such as imperfect criterion, the dispute over the turbine over-speed protection, lack of uniform norms of the export mode and configuration principle. Based on the analysis of the current zero power protection logic, the common problems of zero power protection criterion are pointed out. Based on the electrical characteristics that the voltage of the generator suddenly increases, the current suddenly decreases and then the electric power is reduced to zero in a short time when zero power happens, an optimized zero power protection criterion is proposed. The function of turbine over-speed protection such as 103% over speed control,load drop forecasting and fast valving, and its relationship with generator zero power protection are analyzed.It is concluded that overspeed protection cannot replace zero power protection. In addition, export mode and configuration principle of zero power protection are analyzed and some suggestions are proposed.
