Optimization of DEH Control System for Siemens Ultra-supercritical Steam Turbine

摘要(Abstract):

通过介绍上汽—西门子1000 MW汽轮机的运行特点,针对DEH(数字电液控制)系统日常运行及调试期间出现的故障,详细剖析了DEH系统出现故障的原因,并对主蒸汽压力回路、压力控制器切初压模式、转速/负荷控制器和压力控制器切换方式等进行优化,提高了机组的稳定性,同时,为国内同种类型的机组提供参考和借鉴。
This paper introduces the operation characteristics of the SAIC-Siemens 1 000 MW steam turbine.Given the faults in daily operation and commissioning of DEH(digital electro-hydraulic) control system, fault causes of the DEH system are elaborated, and the main steam pressure loop, initial pressure switching mode of pressure controller, rotating speed/load controller and pressure controller are optimized, and thereby the unit stability is enhanced, providing a reference to the same type of units.
