提高机组真空泵气动门可靠性的方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

真空泵气动门故障会导致真空泵启动或停止条件不满足,甚至造成正常运行真空泵跳闸,影响凝汽器高度真空的建立,甚至触发ETS,严重威胁机组的安全生产运行。简要分析真空泵气动门的工作原理,统计2016年出现的相关故障现象并分类,从而确定了诸如电磁阀卡涩、阀体漏气、联锁逻辑不合理、线圈电压过低等引起气动门故障的原因,在此基础上,针对电缆破损严重、反馈装置不合理这两大主要原因进行详细分析并提出解决方案,最后通过跟踪试验验证了改进效果。
The malfunction of vacuum pump pneumatic valve disenables startup or shutdown of vacuum pump or even leads to the vacuum pump tripping during normal operation, which may affect the establishment of high vacuum of condenser or trigger ETS(emergency trip system) and seriously threaten the safety production and operation. In this paper, the working principle of the vacuum pump pneumatic valve is briefly analyzed,and the related fault phenomena occurred in 2016 are counted and classified. Therefore, reasons for the failure of pneumatic valve such as solenoid valve jam, valve leakage, the irrationality of interlocking logic and the low voltage of coil are confirmed. On this basis, the two primary causes of serious cable damage and unreasonableness of feedback device are analyzed in detail and the solution is proposed. Finally, the improvement effect is verified by tracking test.
