能源互联网视角下的未来配电网发展

摘要(Abstract):

为适应能源互联网的发展,传统意义上传输电力的配电网将发展为具有承担电、气、冷、热等多能量相互转化、替代与利用功能的新型配电网络。通过分析能源互联网的特征、发展现状及其对未来配电网发展形态的影响,结合配电网发展各个时期特征及电网发展现状,对面向能源互联网的未来配电系统发展形态、驱动因素和演化路径进行了展望。将配电网的发展划分为4个阶段,提出了未来配电网的发展目标、发展路径和重点任务。在此基础上,为了能够综合评估配电网的发展阶段和水平,统一协调整合可调动的能源资源,提出了面向能源互联网的未来配电系统综合评估体系和方法,使得能源供应能够更广泛地满足市场的消费需求。
To adapt to the development of the source internet, the traditional distribution network will be developed into a new type of distribution network which can transform, replace and utilize electricity, gas, cold and heat energies. By analyzing the characteristics and development status of the energy internet and its impact on the future distribution network development and in combination with the characteristics of each period of the development of the distribution network and the current development status of the power grid, the future distribution system development pattern, driving factors and evolution path oriented to the energy internet are prospected. This paper divides the development of a distribution network into four stages and puts forward the development goals, development paths and key tasks of the distribution network in the future. On this basis, to comprehensively evaluate the development stage and level of the distribution network and unify, coordinate and integrate the mobilizable energy resources, this paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation system and method of future distribution system oriented to energy internet, which enables make energy supply to meet the consumption demand of market more widely.
