摘要(Abstract):

脱硫系统取消旁路挡板后,大型机组风烟系统实际运行情况已偏离设计工况,脱硫与主机的配合及机组风烟系统在异常情况下的安全问题突出。通过介绍华能玉环电厂1 000 MW超超临界机组为解决旁路封堵后的安全问题而进行的控制逻辑优化和试验过程,分析了烟道压力控制成败的原因,探讨了烟道压力与炉膛负压的解耦方案,解决了旁路封堵后困扰热控专业的控制难题,提出了风烟系统的RB(RUN BACK)优化方案。
After desulfurization system cancels bypass damper, the actual operation condition of air and gas system in large units exceeds the design function and the security problems of the coordination between the desulfurization system and main units as well as air and gas system in abnormal conditions are serious.Through introducing control logical optimization and testing process to solve safety problems after bypass blockage of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant, this paper analyzes reasons for success or failure of the flue pressure control and discusses the decoupling scheme of gas duct pressure and furnace draft; it solves the control problems which trouble thermal control specialty after bypass blockage and puts forward recommendations for RB(RUN BACK) optimization scheme of air and gas system.
