新安装110kV变压器绕组介损值偏大的原因分析

摘要(Abstract):

简单介绍了变压器绕组介损测试原理,针对3台新安装的110 kV变压器绕组介损的现场实测数据比出厂数据偏大130%的情况进行了对比分析,并结合现场试验的经验,分析了可能引起介损值略偏大的原因,提出了具体判定建议,变压器投运后的运行情况表明判断合理有效。
The paper briefly introduces dielectric test philosophy of transformer winding. Aiming at the field measured dielectric loss of windings of three newly-installed 110 kV transformers is 130 percent larger than the default data, the paper analyzes the causes for overlarge dielectric loss by comparative analysis and combing the experience in field test. In addition, the paper puts forward specific suggestions for judgment.The operating condition of the transformer shows that the judgment is reasonable and effective.
