摘要(Abstract):
介绍了一个建立在GIS(GeographicInformationSystem)基础上的配电网故障定位专家系统。它充分利用了配电网GIS的地理信息、设备管理、网络拓扑结构.结合专家系统的规则库进行动态搜索、回溯推理,直到确定故障区域。启发式的规则是基于节点和故障序列的,按这种方式建立的规则库便于维护。因此,这是一个比较可靠、有效的故障定位方法。
In this paper, an expert system is designed to locate the faults in distribution system based on GIS (Geographic Information System). Using geographic information, facilities management and network topology of GIS, combined with the dynamic searching method and the backtracing approach of expert system, the fault regions can be located efficiently. A set of heuristic rules are based on the nade and fault nede-list. So the maintenance of such a rule base is rather simple. Therefore, it can serve as a valuable tool in fault location.
