10kV高压中置柜通用便携式核相手车的研制

摘要(Abstract):

在新建、改建、扩建及电缆改接等电力工程中,如遇电网相位变动,设备第一次送电时需进行核相。鉴于传统高压中置柜核相的诸多不足,研制了中置柜通用便携式核相手车装置,通过对装置操作方法、核相手车结构型式及材料选择的分析,说明该装置具有节省人力、避免令克棒滑脱和核相棒卡断的优点,在实际工程中具有广阔应用前景。
In power projects of construction, reconstruction, expansion and cable modification, phase check must be done for the first energization of equipment in case of grid phase change. In view of the disadvantages in phase check of traditional high-voltage cabinet, a general portable phase check handcart for the high-voltage cabinet is developed. By analyzing operation mode, structure and material selection of the handcart, the paper indicates that the device can save manpower, prevent link bar slips and check bar crack, and it has broad application prospects in practical engineering.
