火电机组锅炉掺烧长焰煤对机组运行影响的研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究火电机组锅炉掺烧不同比例长焰煤(以麻家梁煤为例)对机组运行中燃烧、结渣、脱硫系统及机组运行经济性的影响,对某发电厂开展了配煤掺烧试验,分析掺烧不同配比麻煤对炉膛温度、锅炉燃烧器结渣的影响以及掺烧麻煤使机组尾部脱硫浆液中毒的根本原因,最后分析计算了掺烧麻煤对锅炉运行经济的改善状况。结果表明:掺烧麻煤降低机组SO_2排放量,其中除尘器不能有效地去除的飞灰中微细颗粒进入到脱硫系统造成脱硫浆液中毒现象;掺烧麻煤可有效地改善锅炉运行经济性。
In order to study the influence of mixed-burning long flame coal(Majialiang coal for instance) in different proportions on combustion, slagging and the desulfurization system during the operation of the unit and the running efficiency of the boiler, coal blending test is conducted in a power plant to analyze the impact of the blended coal on furnace temperature, burner slagging as well as the fundamental reasons of slurry poisoning at the tail of coal-fired boiler. Finally, operation efficiency improvement of the blended Majialiang coal is analyzed and calculated. The result shows that the blended Majialiang coal can reduce SO_2 emissions;the precipitator can not remove fine particles in the flying ash that enters into desulphurization system to poison the slurry. The mixed-burning of Majialiang coal can effectively improve operation economy of boiler.
