TP347H过热器管爆管原因分析
Cause Analysis on Tube Burst of TP347H Superheater

摘要(Abstract):

通过宏观检查、金相组织、断口形貌、力学性能检验,对某超超临界机组二级过热器TP347H的爆管原因进行了分析,结果表明:发生爆管的原因是材料内部存在显微裂纹及局部偏析缺陷,建议制造厂在管子入厂时加强检验,发现有裂纹的管子及时更换。
Tube burst causes of secondary superheater TP347H in supercritical generating units are analyzed through macrographic examination and inspection on metallographic structure,fracture appearance and mechanical property. The result shows that the causes of the tube burst are microcracks and local segregation defects in the material. It is advised that the inspection on boiler tubes should be strengthened and the tubes with cracks should be replaced in time.
