油面温度计自动读数系统的研究Research on Automatic Reading System for Oil Thermometer

摘要(Abstract):
为了解决油面温度计人工检定效率低的问题,提出了一种油面温度计自动检定亟需解决的自动读数方法,研究和设计了一个油面温度计自动读数系统。系统采集指针和指针两侧刻度线位置,并使用指针和两侧刻度线的相对距离计算指针读数。这种读数方法避免了摄像头镜头畸变以及表盘刻度不均匀对自动读数的影响,提高了读取指针式仪表示值的准确性。
In order to handle ineffective manual calibration of oil thermometer, this paper proposes an automatic reading method that urgently needs to be solved through automatic calibration of oil thermometer and investigates and designs a oil thermometer automatic reading system. The system collects tick mark of the needle and that at its both sides, and it uses relative distance between the need and the tick mark at both sides to calculate the reading. This method prevents the effect on automatic reading brought by lens distortion and uneven mark, improving the reading accuracy of pointer instrument.
