摘要(Abstract)：

详细介绍了2002年浙江电网宁绍杭地区分层分区的运行方案 ,分析由此给浙江电网带来的变化以及对电网调度的影响 ,讨论了事故情况下运行调度的对策和处理方法。
This paper introduces how to divide the region of Zhejiang grid and describes the results after the dividing.Facing the changes,we should knowhowto deal with the operation and accidents of the grid.
