摘要(Abstract):

锅炉的运行情况对NO_X排放和锅炉效率有很大影响。以广东某发电厂660 MW超超临界锅炉低氮改造过程作为研究对象,讨论锅炉煤粉细度、氧量和配风方式对锅炉运行的影响。实验结果表明:在机组负荷为660 MW下,调整炉内送风可以保证氧量均匀性;同时保持脱硝系统进口氧量在3.1%左右,机组运行锅炉效率保持在最高,并且NO_X排放在最低;增大上、下层燃尽风及外二次风均可降低NO_X排放量。
Boiler operation condition has a significant impact on NO_X emission and boiler efficiency. The low nitrogen transformation process of 660 MW ultra-supercritical boiler in a power plant in Guangdong Province is taken as the study object to discuss the effect of fineness of pulverized coal, oxygen and air distribution on boiler operation. The experimental result shows that the well-distributed oxygen can be ensured by air adjustment in the furnace with the boiler load of 660 MW; maximum operation efficiency of boiler and minimum NO_X emission can be obtained with inlet oxygen content of the denitrification system is 3.1%. Increase the upper and lower over-fired air and outer secondary air can reduce the NO_X emissions.
