550 kV GIS隔离开关操作引起特快速瞬态过电压仿真研究
Simulation Study on Very Fast Transient Overvoltage During Operation of 550kV GIS Disconnector

摘要(Abstract):

为计算分析洪屏抽水蓄能电站550 k V GIS变电站在电机以发电机和电动机运行方式下投切主变压器、母线、出线操作时的VFTO(特快速瞬态过电压)以及影响因素,采用EMTP-ATP电磁暂态程序建立了电路仿真模型。分析结果可知,主变压器处VFTO幅值并不大,但是在高频振荡分量作用下有可能激起局部共振过电压,对主变压器匝间绝缘有危害。同时,连接地上地下部分的长电缆加速暂态过程的衰减。最后选取较严重VFTO下的操作方式进行了主变压器VFTO抑制措施的研究,结果表明,在GIS母线与主变压器之间连接一条3 m长的架空线即可限制VFTO波前陡度对主变压器纵绝缘的危害。
In order to calculate and analyze VFTO(very fast transient overvoltage) and its influencing factors in switching the main transformer, bus and outlet under the operation mode of generator and motor in 550 kV GIS substation of Hongping pumped storage power station, EMTP-ATP is employed to establish a circuit simulation model. The analysis shows that VFTO amplitude at the main transformer is not large, but it may excite local resonance overvoltage under high-frequency oscillation which will harm the inter-turn insulation of the main transformer. Besides, the long cable connecting the ground part and underground part of GIS accelerates the attenuation of the transient progress. Finally, the operating mode under severe VFTO is selected to study VFTO suppression measures of the transformer. The results show that connecting a 3-meter-long overhead line between GIS bus and the main transformer can limit the harm of wave edge steepness of VFTO on longitudinal insulation of the main transformer.
