利用省煤器给水旁路提高SCR进口烟温的应用及分析

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了某发电厂1号机组脱硝系统的运行优化思路,通过加装省煤器给水旁路提高低负荷下进入脱硝系统的烟气温度,在燃用设计煤种时,35%BMCR负荷工况下脱硝系统入口烟温不低于293℃,保证低负荷阶段脱硝系统稳定运行。
The paper introduces the optimized operation strategy for the denitration system of #1 unit in a power plant. By installation of economizer feedwater bypass, the temperature of flue gas flowing into the denitration system in low load is elevated. In the case of design coal combustion, the SCR inlet flue gas temperature under the condition of 35% BMCR can not be lower than 293℃ to guarantee operation safety of the denitration system under low load.
