摘要(Abstract)：

结合杭州地区220kV及以上电网目标网架规划 ,探讨了电网长期发展规划中负荷预测、电源规划、网络规划等重要课题 ,总结了目标网架规划经验 ,提出了在电网中长期规划中需要注意的问题。
This paper mainly does some research work on the medium-term and long-term planning for the Hangzhou220kV and above power network.For the load forecasting,power planning,network planˉning and so on,the author not only summarizes experiences of the final network planning,but also gives some points that needs paying attention to.
