摘要(Abstract):
声表面波测温是一种新型的测温方法,具有无源无线、易安装易维护以及能在恶劣环境下工作等优点。利用声表面波测温的优势,设计并开发了基于声表面波温度传感器的在线测温系统。系统软件设计基于IEC软件模型,结构合理、可靠性高,并参照IEC标准实现了与上层系统的通信;硬件设计采用分散-集中的配置方法,确保系统的高可靠性和易维护性。
Acoustic surface wave temperature measurement is a new method of temperature measurement, which is source free and wireless, easy installation and maintenance and suitable for working in harsh environment. By utilization of acoustic surface wave temperature measurement, an on-line temperature measurement system is designed and developed based on acoustic surface wave temperature sensor. The design of system software is based on IEC software model, and is structurally reasonable, highly reliable; furthermore, it is in accordance with IEC standard and realizes intercommunication of top systems. The hardware configuration adopts deconcentration-concentration method, making the system highly reliable and easy to maintenance.
