220 kV快速开关的布点原则及校核方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

短路电流超标已成为制约电网运行和发展的主要矛盾之一,针对传统短路电流抑制措施不足的问题,投入快速开关可实现柔性短路电流抑制。为保障快速开关投入后电网安全稳定运行,开展了220 kV快速开关应用分析。首先阐述快速开关柔性短路电流抑制原理;然后系统性地讨论快速开关应用于变电站内及线路不同场景下的布点选择,进行故障期间电网供电可靠性、供电能力分析及短路电流校核,考虑开关不同动作次序时短路电流柔性抑制效果以及保护整定问题;最后提出快速开关投用的主要原则,并给出变电站内及线路快速开关应用实例,验证了快速开关投用原则的正确性和有效性。
The over-limit short-circuit current has become one of the main conflicts that restrict the operation and development of power grids. In response to the inadequacy of traditional short-circuit current suppression measures, flexible short-circuit current can be suppressed by putting fast switches into operation. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid after fast switches are put into operation, an application analysis of 220 kV fast switches is carried out. Firstly, the principle of flexible short-circuit current suppression by fast switches is explained. Secondly, the selection of deployment for fast switches in substations and lines under different scenarios is systematically discussed; the reliability and capacity of power supply are analyzed, short-circuit current of the grid during faults is checked, and the effect of flexible short-circuit current suppression and the protection setting of the switches in different action sequences are considered. Finally, the main principles of fast switch commissioning are proposed, and an example of fast switch commissioning in substations and lines is given.
