6kV开关柜操作回路的分析与改进Analysis and Improvement of Operation Circuit of 6 kV Switch Cabinet

摘要(Abstract):
针对燃煤电厂在建设过程中6 kV开关柜防跳继电器触点拉弧、跳闸监视回路不完善、高压电机就地紧急按钮回馈缺陷等问题,提出改接6 kV开关柜内的控制回路和更换为双触点型就地紧急按钮的解决办法,实现6 kV开关柜的可靠运行。
Aiming at imperfect contact arc of anti-tripping relay and tripping monitoring circuit of 6 kV switch cabinet as well as feedback failure of local emergency button of high voltage motor in the construction of coalfired power plant, the paper presents a solution of rewiring control circuit in 6 kV switch cabinet and adopting double-contact local emergency button to ensure operation reliability of 6 kV switch cabinet.
