特高压交直流馈入下省级电网分区优化研究

摘要(Abstract):

直流大功率来电对受端电网网内常规电源的置换,导致受端电网内部分区受电比例增大,在严重故障下导致分区电网孤网后可能存在严重的频率和电压问题。为此,从系统的经济性、安全稳定性以及可靠性等多种约束条件出发,建立电网分区的综合评价指标,基于灰色关联理论的TOPSIS,从多个分层分区备选方案中选出最优的分层分区方案,通过实际电网算例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,可为特高压交直流馈入受端电网的分区优化提供技术支撑。
The high DC power source, replacing conventional power in receiving-end grid, increases power receiving proportion of the internal partition of receiving-end power grid, and may lead to serious frequency and voltage problems in case of grid isolating caused by severe fault. In this paper, comprehensive evaluation indexes of regional power grid are established by considering economy, security, stability and reliability of the system. An optimal hierarchical partitioning scheme is chosen from multiple alternatives through TOPSIS based on grey relational theory. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through an actual example of power grid, which can provide technical support for partitioning optimization of receiving-end grid with infeed of UHVAC and UHVDC transmission system.
